We typically ship orders out within 1-10 days.
This is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider.
United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-12 weeks
Yes, we do! Parcels will be sent with tracked shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees that apply. But orders with only stickers/flat items will be sent untracked via letter mail by default in efforts to reduce shipping costs. But you still have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping if you'd like. All tracked orders will be replaced if lost. Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended service to some countries. Check here for a list of countries with suspended service.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We cannot mark international orders with a lower value or as a gift to avoid customs and/or taxes because this is illegal in the US.
If your order has not already shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form or email us at hello@unicorneclipse.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
