We typically ship orders out within 1-10 days.
This is an approximate delivery schedule. These timelines may be sooner or later depending on your location and postal service provider.
United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-12 weeks
If your order has not already shipped, we can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form or email us at hello@unicorneclipse.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Occasionally, there can be inaccurate tracking glitches with USPS. Often times, the package may possibly show up later. Please allow for a few days to see if your package shows up. If not, shoot us an email at hello@unicorneclipse.com and we can offer you a refund or replacement.
Yes, we do! Parcels will be sent with tracked shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs fees that apply. All tracked orders will be replaced if lost. Check here for a list of countries with suspended service. We are also not shipping packages to the EU at this time. Please visit our Etsy shop to shop flat items like stickers, bookmarks, etc. (which will be sent via untracked lettermail)
If you are an international customer only wanting to order flat items (stickers, bookmarks, prints, etc) and prefer for us to ship it via UNTRACKED lettermail, please shoot us an email at hello@unicorneclipse.com and we can refund you the shipping difference. Otherwise head to our Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/unicorneclipse
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We cannot mark international orders with a lower value or as a gift to avoid customs and/or taxes.

We currently don't sell digital products to protect our artwork from art theft.

Yes! Just leave us a note at checkout saying that it's a gift. We don't include any special wrapping paper (just our normal tissue paper which is still pretty cute). You CAN leave a gift message, and we'll print it out on a little card. We won't include any invoices/prices.
