SHIPPING

Processing Time
We will typically ship your order within 1-10 business days after your purchase. 

*Currently we are unable to ship packages to certain countries due to shipping restrictions. Click here for a list.*

Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are sent through the USPS or UPS. 
For international customers, we can ship flat items like stickers and bookmarks via untracked lettermail through our Etsy shop

United States: 1-2 weeks 
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-8 weeks 

Canada/International sticker-only mail will be shipped untracked through our Etsy shop in efforts to reduce shipping costs. However, if you would like tracking, that will still be available for you. 

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our hands. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. But if you have questions about your order, you can always contact us at hello@unicorneclipse.com 


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern with your order, please email hello@unicorneclipse.com. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.

COMBINING ORDERS

If you need to combine orders, you can email us at hello@unicorneclipse.com and we’ll do our best. It’s NOT guaranteed, especially if one of the orders has already been packed or shipped.
